1. Click the Shopping tab at the top of ShopperReports.
2. Enter the product information in the search field and select the proper category. In order to get the most accurate and relevant results enter as much specific product information as you can.
3. Click "Search" to have ShopperReports find you the best deals.

1. After searching hundreds of sites according to your search criteria, results are displayed by ShopperReports.
2. Sort your results by Price or by Store Rating.
3. The vendor name and logo is displayed at the top left of each offer.
4. The price is displayed at the top right of each offer. Click the price for more details directly from the vendor.
5. On each offer, you will see a brief product description and below that a link to other users' "Product Reviews".
6. A star rating system gives you valuable insight for both products and stores.
7. Click the "Store Reviews" link on each offer to hear people's experiences with that vendor.
8. Ready to make a purchase? Press the "Click Here" button to go to the vendor's website. Please note: all further transactions are carried out directly between you and the vendor.

On each offer, you will see a brief product description. To view a full description of the product, just click the "More" link. This will open a product description and specification window.

A great way to know how fellow shoppers feel about the product you are interested in purchasing is by reading reviews about it. To view what industry experts and fellow shoppers have to say, just click the "Product Reviews" link.

ShopperReports delivers you results from the most trusted and known names in online retail. However, different people have different shopping experiences in each store. In order for you to make an informed decision about where to make your purchase, we also provide you with store reviews by fellow shoppers. To view what others have to say about each store, just click the "Store Reviews" link below the store logo.

The star rating system is a 0 – 5 star system with 5 stars being the highest rating and 0 stars the lowest. The overall star rating of each product and store is calculated based on the following criteria:

• Average rating, with extra weight given to high quality reviews
• Number of reviews about the product or store
• Recency of reviews about the product or store

Generally, a higher number of stars will reflect a product or store with high customer satisfaction.

Since all transactions are processed directly on the vendor site, ShopperReports does not keep a record of your transaction. Before completing your transaction, be sure to write down or print all relevant transaction information and confirmation numbers that you need to remember.
