Setting User Options
Customizing ShopperReports will optimize its performance for you and make it easier to use. Click the "Options" button located on the top toolbar of ShopperReports.
You can customize the following:
- Snooze time
- Search results filter
- Home airport
- Default number of travellers
ShopperReports works all the time unless click the "Snooze" button, which appears on the top toolbar of the ShopperReports application. You can "Snooze" anytime to temporarily disable the service. The default "Snooze" time is 30 minutes, however this may be changed via the Options.
Performing a Manual Search
To perform a quick manual search with ShopperReports, click the ShopperReports icons in your Internet Explorer toolbar. Don’t see the icons?

ShopperReports will open, allowing you to enter any product or travel search term you are looking for. Remember, you can continue to shop on the web as you normally would for specific products. When ShopperReports finds an offer that can compete with the website you are currently visiting, we’ll automatically display the results alongside the browser window.

Uninstalling ShopperReports
You can uninstall ShopperReports by going to the "Add or Remove Programs" section in your Control Panel. Select the "ShopperReports" application from the list and hit the "Remove" button.
